Made some salsa today with something I’ve never tried. I had some onion slices pickled in apple cider vinegar and threw those in, and also had a can of pickled serranos (about 8-10). Also just bought some powdered guajillo and arbol chile! A fat teaspoon of each. Rest is just 4 tomatoes and a head of cilantro, 4 cloves garlic, salt, and half a lime of juice.
