Not the best photographer, lol I used golden potatoes let those soak in ice water for about 45 minutes to an hour for maximum fluffiness I used white onion but sometimes I like to use yellow onion. the carrots were whole but I peeled and sliced for maximum cut I used a diagonal cut for shape and for seasoning I used salt and pepper with a pinch of chili flake. the chicken was a on a whim, didn't have any panko or pork, so I decided to use some chicken breast and used left over cornflakes and crushed them. the garnish is just some left over green onions (can't waste anything!)

ps. pls excuse my dirty table I wasn't aware 🙁

Your “attempt” is miles better than my lifelong struggle…!

  2. As a pro chef, this looks fantastic. Good use for the makeshift breading and nothing going to waste. If I got this bowl at a sit-down place, I would have 0 complaints.

  4. As a Japanese person I can tell you that it looks much better than anything I have made or seen at a typical curry house!

  5. Geez dude. I am not really fan of most stuff that gets posted here. But I want to eat this RIGHT AWAY NOW.

    Good job!

  6. Even with the substitutes, it looks better than 95% of the restaurant curry posted here.
