Little advice for the tartare: The meat must be cut with a knife at the last moment. The dish is always eaten raw.
We use 2 preparation methods
Be like yours the ingredients are already mixed
Either in the traditional way, they are placed on the plate and the consumer makes their own mixture to their liking.
The traditional accompaniment is a dish of fries

I love how they serve it in Central Europe. In Czech and Slovakia they serve it with toasted bread and garlic cloves. You rub the garlic cloves on the toasted bread, apply the tartare and bam. I think it beats the other styles I’ve tried.
