Was at a good friends on Sunday and they shared this one with my wife and I. Not my first Musar rodeo but it was my first time with the 2005 and it was rocking.

Nose was deep and dense with a bit of black cherry, tons of cured meat, iron, tobacco leaf. Dash of dried fruit and balsamic. Tannins were super well integrated and the acidity very clean and still giving a little freshness. Dash of brett and VA. Leaning more savory at this point but we all thought it was absolutely ethereal.

Had it with pizza. God I love Musar.

I absolutely hate Brett and Musar just always has it, and in such inconsistent quantities haha glad you like it!
