Omg this is the weirdest Reddit moment ever. This is my photo! I took it years ago. I think on an old account. I even used the same title.
What i did wrong was using to much cornflour. And i covert the top with clingfoil, for rising. After the rising the top of the dought keept sticking to the foil, so that’s why it has such weird pattern on top.
