Cook pasta till quite al dente ( important as it will keep cooking in the sauce)
In a pan add butter and garlic ( butter goes well with the cheese sauce flavour)
Saute the garlic till golden , add warm milk ( cold milk can curdle or become lumpy) make the heat minimum and keep stirring
Add the al dente pasta to the pan, put enough milk to cover the pasta for this bowl I used approx 250ml. Keep simmering
Add salt , ( i added chilli flakes as well)
Add 3/4th of the cheese ( any cheese i used a mozzarella cheddar blend) make sure heat is low or else the cheese will clump
Keep simmering until you reach the desired consistency of your sauce. Kill the heat and add the remaining cheese
Voila! It's very simple nothing fancy but definitely a feel good meal for me 🙂 enjoy
