So, I made bread and butter pickles and dills for the first time yesterday.
I realized this morning that I had searched my elevation and got my answer in meters but the chart on the recipes I was following used feet.
It has been less than 24 hours since I processed them. Are they saveable with reprocessing or should I put them in the fridge?
I could cry right now, I spent over $200 on ingredients and supplies!

*note: I’m aware that texture wise this isn’t ideal, more concerned about salvaging the bread and butter pickles. I’m more worried about their shelf stability than their texture.

Yes, less than 24 hours with a tested recipe and you’re safe to reprocess. You’ll need to dump the jars in a pot and bring to a boil again. Also, you need to use new flat lids.
