1 English cucumbers, thinly sliced (about 10” long)
2 thin slices red onion, quartered
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 ounces dried penne pasta
1/2 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Ingredients, measurements??
I love it. I make a similar one. I like ranch homemade with the ranch dressing packets. Here goes.
One package of fedeo, or string hair pasta. They come in a five inch tall packets.
Make the ranch
Cook pasta.
Then later when it's cool.
Add one small jar pimentos
One large cucumber, i qurter the cucumbers like she did her onions.
Blend all these ingredients
And now that I saw the fresh dill … that too .. enjoy.
My dish looks like hers.
Simple and delicious.
