High Protein Granola Breakfast

    Recipe

    **Ingredients:**

    – Rolled oats, 300g

    – Almond flakes, 100g

    – Coconut flakes, 50g

    – Cinnamon, 1/4 tsp

    – Sugar-free syrup, 3 Tbsp

    – Vanilla extract, 1 tsp

    – Coconut oil, 30g

    – Salt, pinch

    – Mulberries, 40g

    – Dried apricots, 30g

    – Cottage cheese, 100g

    – Chia seeds, 1/2 tsp

    – Fresh peaches, 1/2

    – Honey, 1tbps

    **Instructions**:

    1. Mix the rolled oats, almonds, and coconut flakes in a bowl.

    2. Add cinnamon, sugar-free syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

    3. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    4. Add mulberries and sliced dried apricots to the baked granola.

    5. Arrange cottage cheese on a serving plate and sprinkle with chia seeds and granola.

    6. Top with fresh peach slices and a drizzle of honey.

    Wtf is sugar free syrup? Syrup is by definition sugar-full. Do they mean no sugar added syrup?
