We went back to Bar Parisette’s happy hour to try some stuff we missed on our last visit. We really enjoyed the food, again.

The sunchoke dish was our least favorite dish, but I think could EASILY be remedied by putting the acid/dressing that’s on the bottom of the dish on top. Maybe a little more salt too. That being said, the wax beans and sunchoke were noticeably fresh and delicious. Would order it again.

The burger was very good. I’m a little burnt out on burgers, but this one was definitely tasty. The bun is made in house and is top tier. My wife LOVED it.

Halibut en papillote blew us away. Perfectly cooked fish and vegetables with absurd amounts of butter and hints of curry (?). So so good. One of the best fish dishes I’ve had this year.

Shake frites. ‘Nuff said.

Service and ambiance are excellent. I hope this place finds a way to fill out this HUGE space. We will be regulars, for sure.

I wish I had more pictures to share, but they’re all so bad. I’m going to work on being a better iPhone food photographer. If anyone of you have any tips please share!
