i dont think there are many “hidden gems” for pizza in this town, once a good place popls up everyone seems to know about it. haha
but if youre exploring, check out pan con queso, reeva, paladin pie, baby doll, pizza thief, pyro pizza, red sauce pizza, pizza jerk, life of pie, lovely’s 50 50, and scottie’s never disappoints. straight from NY is good, not to be confused with escape from NY (that place was disappointing).

I lived in PDX when they opened around 2004. It was so great. They also used to hold popup BBQ dinners that were so good. It was part of the underground dinners that would happen at various locations. Having been sine 2006 though.

Bridge City Pizza and Double Mountain are two of my favorite pizza places around here. If youโre looking for a quick slice Iโd suggest Atlas Pizza.

Not hidden by any means, but Lovelys 50 50 and Ken’s are also great. Baby Doll was good, too.
Maybe the most hidden gem (maybe not, you tell me) i can think of is Paladin Pizza Cart on Alberta. Really good pizza from a cart.

I’ve only been to a few spots out there. Scholls is world class. I liked Scottie’s a lot. If you’re into Detroit style, people like Ranch but it’s not really my cup of tea.
Not Pizza, but I can’t recommend Eem enough. It’s Thai/Texas BBQ fusion. I was out there in June and I’ve thought about this place daily since I left.

Are those pizzas gigantic, or is it the camera angle? Looks good

The Truffle Shuffle @ Double Mtn is good IMO.
Looks like that couple could fit in it
Not really Portland (Oregon correct?), but out on hiway 26 to mt Hood, I found Al Forno Ferruzza in Rhododendron to be [exceptional](https://www.google.com/maps/place/AL+FORNO+FERRUZZA+PIZZA+RHODODENDRON/@45.329085,-121.9102628,3a,75y/data=!3m11!1e2!3m9!1sAF1QipM-2sYJPmhE7o8GjtSroFk6urDvaH4MuJDSWQ0!2e10!3e12!6shttps:%2F%2Flh5.googleusercontent.com%2Fp%2FAF1QipM-2sYJPmhE7o8GjtSroFk6urDvaH4MuJDSWQ0%3Dw203-h360-k-no!7i2268!8i4032!9m2!1b1!2i40!4m18!1m8!3m7!1s0x54be20a3b0f225c3:0x55f378ecae4057a2!2sWelches,+Mt+Hood+Village,+OR+97067!3b1!8m2!3d45.3384806!4d-121.9632168!16s%2Fm%2F04bjvv3!3m8!1s0x54be205dec705feb:0x4cbae5c561328288!8m2!3d45.329085!4d-121.9102628!10e5!14m1!1BCgIYIA!16s%2Fg%2F11cn691990?entry=ttu).
