    Sauce & butter/garlic/seasoning on the bread before toasting

    Basil, a slight dash of olive oil, would also replace the cheese with mozzarella, but that’s just my preference, it looks great as is!!

    Sauce, cook it for way less time, and use sliced cheese (provolone or mozzarella) instead of shredded cheddar

    I think it looks really tasty the way it is so I probably would just add a pinch of some flake salt and maybe some fresh Parmesan cheese and devour it

    I put roasted jalapenos on mine. Roasted bell peppers would work too.
