I don’t know what to call this but it’s the best sandwich I’ve ever come up with.
Aji verde, bomba sauce, hatch chili cheddar, honey ham, bread and butter pickles, onion, toasted on organic white bread. This is a flavor bomb of a sandwich. Please try it and tell me what you think.

Ever thought of blanching the onions with herbs, Szechuan peppercorns, and some red wine? Not quite long enough to be pickled (that’s what the pickles are for), but just long enough that the onions take a ride on the flavor train, victims of the flavor bomb
