I am admittedly a Joe Flamm stan and love Rose Mary, but what keeps me coming back is their evolving menu. The hits stay on, but there is always a couple new iterations every time I go in. Last night was no exception with the introduction of this summer squash dish. Squash, pickled ramps, and fonduta is a hell of a trio. If you haven’t been in a while do yourself a favor and check it out again. Surprisingly easy to grab a patio seat as a walk in.
