Great meal in Islares, across from the Guggenheim in Bilbao, small intimate place with only 5 tables, the head chef / owner involved in presenting all the plates to the tables. They have a ridiculously small and limited kitchen so it's a fair achievement that they got a Michelin recommendation within two years of opening.

Two menus available, one with 9 passes and one with 13, and also 4 apertisers and petit fours to finish. All dishes containing ingredients sourced in the region, with the menu changing 4 times a year. Overall I'd recommend it.
