    If you really want to elevate it, try doing a soak for the boiled eggs a night or two before you make your ramen. Makes it feel straight out of a restaurant!

  3. You should have put a drizzle of siracha on the bottom half of the bowl for a mouth and it would have looked like a smiley face 🙂 looks good!

    That’s actually pretty fancy compared to most ramen. 10/10 would eat.

    The noodle thickness looks Korean, but I can’t place any Korean ramyun that has that color other than jjapagetti, which has a more blobby sauce. Japanese and SEA ramen have thinner noodles. What is it? lol
