Yanni grilling cheese. Not sure if that's the exact etymology but it grilled well under high heat. Served on a salad of lettuce, tomato, fried onions, japanese bbq sauce steak ribbons, fried yanni cheese, bacon, buttery rice, garlic aioli, chipotle hot sauce.
