Add bell peppers and onions; sauté until onions are caramelized and bell peppers are softened, about 10 minutes. Use the hot dog as a guide to cut your cheese into sticks the same width of the hot dog. Then slice the cheese sticks into ¼-inch slices. Cut your hot dogs into 4 equal parts. Using wooden skewers, thread the hot dog and cheese onto the skewer, altering between the two ingredients. Then carefully wrap the skewered hot dog in a slice of bacon. If needed, trim the skewers down so they fit in the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Add hot dogs to the air fryer and cook until the bacon is crispy, about 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add hot dogs to a toasted bun and remove the skewer. Top with desired condiments and cooked veggies. Serve and enjoy babe!
