Today I want to show you how to prepare one of the most famous foods in the whole world: Pizza!
I will use a classic topping to make Pizza Margherita, but you can add as many ingredients as you like!

Recipe:

For the dough:
Medium strength flour 1kg
water 600g
brewer’s yeast 3g
salt 20g
oil 20g

For the sauce
Tomato puree 800g
garlic 1
basil
oil 2 tablespoon
salt
fior di latte mozzarella 600g

In a bowl dissolve the yeast in the water, then pour in the flour and knead until the flour has absorbed all the water, now add the salt and oil and continue kneading for about 10 minutes.
Lay the loaf on a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
In the meantime prepare the sauce, combine the tomato puree with the chopped basil and garlic, oil and salt, then chop the mozzarella and let it drain in a colander for at least 1 hour.
Take the dough again, divide it into balls of 230g each and let them rise on an oiled baking sheet covered with a damp cloth for about 3 hours.
After this time has passed, dust a work surface well with semolina and roll out the loaves until they form a disk about 30cm in diameter.
Sprinkle with the sauce, leaving the edges free, add basil and spread the mozzarella.
Bake in a wood-fired oven at 400° for about 1 to 2 minutes or in an electric oven, placing the pizza on the preheated baking stone at maximum power for 5 to 7 minutes.
Plate, add a drizzle of oil and enjoy!
