o 1 teaspoon olive oil
o 1 cup artichoke hearts drained, chopped, and divided
o 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
o 1/4 cup parmesan cheese plus more to sprinkle on top of pizza
o 4 ounces cream cheese softened
o 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
o 1 teaspoon garlic powder
o 1 teaspoon onion powder
o 1/2 teaspoon salt
o 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
o Parsley for garnish; finely chopped
