zucchini Pumpkin Bread

3 cups all purpose flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. Pumpkin pie spice
1 cup packed Brown sugar
1 cup Pumpkin puree
1 stick softened butter
1 T. vanilla
3 large eggs
2 cups shredded Zucchini
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup nuts

spray a 10 cup bundt pan or 9 inch Bread pan
bake 60 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean

    I liked to have fall out when i heard you lived in Pasadena Tx…thats where we're from too and i worked for the Pasadena school systems before the Lord led us up here to S.Central MO.
    Im curious which school you went to?
    We lived off from Fairmont And which is now called the Beltway 8 & Vista Spencer area.
    Just down the road from S.Houston.

    You were in the school kitchen because thats your ministry to others as you serve and thats where you are at home & comfortable . I rarely leave my kitchen as well, always something to do or can up. You & i have the same stove. Its the center piece of our home except the Bible.😉

    We love you too! I have an old stand by of apple sauce spice cake, no icing. Recently I followed the recipe but used shredded zuchinni in place of the apple sauce. I then made another one using pureed butternut squash instead of the applesauce. Nice with coffee and not too sweet. In place of sugar I use splenda.
