    Been following this opening for the last couple of years, definitely one of the most interesting we’ve had for a long time. The food sounds and looks great. But the challenge will be in the chef…he’s only 26 and doesn’t really have any experience. Like, people were (fairly) giving Jake from Feld some crap for his experience, and he has multitudes more than this chef.

    That said…I’ll definitely check it out this fall. I wouldn’t rush to the opening though – even more so than any other restaurant opening I’ve seen, this is weirdly ambitious for the amount of experience the chef has. Like, the fact that he convinced the investors to take him on is wild to me.

    Either way, rooting for their success!
