Grew them in my garden, fighting off caterpillars and burrowing ick every step of the way! The peppers aren't mine but from a friend's garden. Lots of fresh garlic and dill, too. Possibly a mistake or great, but I used Himalayan pink salt…. we shall see tomorrow!

Nice! I’ve made a few batches. Have yet to master a regular dill pickle batch. However! I did make some “korean/kimchi” style pickles and omg…they are literally heaven.

Well done. I did 6 jars last month and they were shit. I think I didn’t use enough dill
Haven’t looked at the new ones, but the old ball canning guide had the absolute best bread and butter pickles recipe ever!
I usually go for dill, but my aunt convinced me. Now I split the harvest.
