My starter was ROCKY, smelling terrible, not rising at all, etc. but then I got the hang of it and baked my first ever loaf with it! I did have to tweak SOME things like how I used AP flour and I baked it in a loaf pan but from just the looks I think it looks amazing the wonky shape gives it some character , what do you guys think? (I'll update with a crumb shot soon!)

I think it looks great! I’d leave it in the oven a tad longer to make sure it’s not gummy inside.
