It was excellent! The burgers were incredible. The fries were good (crinkle cut fries are mid by nature). The chicken bites were decent but I probably would not get them again. Overall, I would say it is the best burger chain that I have tried. I would definitely recommend it!

I’ve had very good Shake Shack before, but the one that opened near me is awful awful awful.
I’ve never had crinkle fries that were above average.

I rarely eat burgers out anymore. I can make a dozen burgers for what restaurants are charging these days.

Shake Shack is quite expensive but it’s the best burgers imo. I’m still waiting for them to open a restaurant here in France

It’s a good burger for a chain. But they charge you premium dollars. You can find better burgers for their price.
We just got a Shake Shack near me and it is pretty good. However, In N Out is still the best burger ever. Double Double animal style.

I like their Smoke Shack burgers with the little hot red peppers.
However, the last time I went there, the kid behind the cash register pointed me toward a self-service kiosk to place an order and then disappeared into the kitchen. After I finally figured out how to use it, it wanted my phone number so they could text me when my order was ready. There was no way to proceed without giving them my phone number, which is none of their business.
And, this was for an “eat-in” order in a restaurant that had about three tables occupied. It was not a to go order, and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Employees were standing around in the kitchen, which I saw when I finally had to walk around the corner and ask the guy at the expo window (where they serve the food) if someone would come take our order.
This is ridiculous. I wouldn’t have even tried the kiosk nor stayed there after the kid disappeared and never came back to check on us, but I was there with family members and didn’t want to be the oddball (that I otherwise am).
Shake Shack is great and you did it right!!! Remove their terrible lettuce and tomato and add onions,pickles and other better options. People who don’t like it or say it’s overrated obviously did not do this.

BW3 has a new burger style I’ve been tearing into. They use to be frozen or something now they are fresh smash burgers or a good imitation of a smash burger
Shake Shack is, without question, my favorite burger chain in existence. The ironic part is that I think their chicken shack sandwich might be better than the burgers, which is saying something. Their chicken sandwich is better than Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, or anything else honestly. Come at me!
