I am pretty sure i did the boiling part wrong, so these are gonna be given away quickly to be eaten as if they weren't canned at all. Its home made Vodka sauce. it was fun to attempt next time i'm gonna try jam to actually store 😀

    Judging by the light color of your sauce and the fact vodka sauce has cream in it can only assume you included cream in this recipe. Dairy cannot safely be canned at home so these jars need to be refrigerated and consumed within a reasonable amount of time.
