In addition to the ingredients I grilled (handful of super sweet tomatoes, 1 large tomato, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 habaneros and 1 ghost pepper), I added 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste, and about 1 tablespoon white vinegar. Edit: I added a squeeze of lime juice too!

This looks great! I’ve been roasting on a grill for years and have found that a very high ten helps with the char and the ingredients don’t get too “cooked.” Your mileage might vary, but to me the char is the real plus.
