I turn most things into a sandwich (garlic toast and spaghetti… sammich!), so the idea of a western omelette makes me very happy 😊

years ago McDonald’s had a western omelet on an egg McMuffin with a sausage or bacon with a slice of cheese. It was tasty for fast food. Try adding a sausage patty!
