✅ Ingredients:
– 1 cup yogurt – 1 garlic clove, minced – Pinch of salt – 2 eggs – 1 tablespoon butter – ½ teaspoon paprika or chili powder – Chili flakes (to taste) – ¼ teaspoon dried mint
🕒 Steps:
1. Garlic Yogurt: Mix yogurt with garlic and salt. 2. Poach Eggs: Gently poach 2 eggs in softly boiling water for 3-4 minutes. 3. Spiced Butter: Melt butter with paprika, chili flakes, and dried mint. 4. Assemble Çılbır: Spread garlic yogurt on a plate, add poached eggs, and drizzle with spiced butter.
