    Looks good. Been to Paste a couple of years ago and I still remember the very great Pomelo “salad”. Everything was on sharing plates (I guess they changed their concept since then). In those days it was one of the most “Thai” fine dining you can get in Bangkok, way before places like “Sorn” were established.

    The plating of that first dish really amps up the wow factor, doesn’t it…? I half expected the remainder of the dishes would be similarly plated. lol.
