Hope you enjoy my stupid humour in the title. I've been having this for lunch for the past few days thought I'd share. 25 g of protein, very simple if you've cooked the rice already and super filling. Modified recipe and if I don't have carrot I sub in something else like red pepper or mangetout. Also fresh mint leaves for garnishing! Ingredients in the last slide 🙂
