    It keeps happening to me, every week .. I do a rough chop, toss in the slow cooker with garden garlic, garden oregano, garden basil and put on high for 7 hours, removing the lid after 4 .. and depending on how much liquid let it go longer. I am up to 11 garden marinara containers in the freezer .. simple but delicious

    Freeze individually like that on cookie sheet. I add them to chili, soup and spaghetti sauce in the winter
