Took some practice, but I’m on the right track I think! Spaghetti, Guanciale,
3 Egg yolks, 1 whole egg, Pecorino, Parmigiano, Black pepper, and Salt.

    Nice!!! What type of pork is that?
    I normally use guanciale or my homemade bacon.
