Nothing spicy about any of them. Am an Australian and our ‘mild’ is the equivalent of bell pepper or capsicums..

3 is a pretty standard Italian Salsa Verde, which I’ll admit is confusing as hell to those of us closer to Mexico.

“No onion, no garlic, mild” are they afraid of flavor?

Hold on, they might be onto something with that taco pocket

There’s one chili out of 3 on that last photo, that’s way too spicy.

To paint a picture, Old El Paso is what british people thought mexican food tasted like back in the 90s. Also picture something so bland that people with a black pepper aversion are the only ones who’d find it remotely spicy. I’m not Australian, but its embarrassing for them that these are what you’ve taken back – they actually have a really good hot sauce community.

Wait till you try and find any decent hot wings. The amount of honey soy ‘buffalo’ wings I have come across on menus is rage inducing.
My brother in law told me that he doesn’t order the zinger burger at KFC because it’s too spicy.

How is it possible that people born in a place where everything can kill you are such wimps?

These threads are pretty strange, its not like extra mild and non-spicy variants of things aren’t present in like almost every nation on the planet.
Its just like a single product line out of hundreds of other spicy products that are available, I dont get what the fuss is about

Ok but you can’t expect good Mexican food in Australia. But we have amazing Thai food, Vietnamese food, Indonesian food, Malaysia food, chinese food. Our Indian food is getting better. We need lots of people from Mexico to move here before we get better mexican food.

Should have put “Legally, we’re not allowed to call this salsa” on the first one.
Kara_85
What is extra mild?! Just tomatoes

No comments about that “tortilla” cup? I assume it’s closed at the other end?
Hobear
I’m down for the tortilla pocket lol.
The rest looks like bad alternate Minnesota style no heat salsas but at least around here some chilles go in eventually. And we seem to love garlic.

How do we initiate the process to get Australia declared a rogue state?
