  1. Watching a day later over breakfast (sorry Aud, just had a banana), I thought I'd look up the difference between cilantro and coriander. Because here in Europe the leaves and stems together are sold in a bunch as coriander, while I read that in the US the fresh stuff is cilantro and dried seeds are sold as coriander. Don't have dried coriander, so had to look that up and yes, dried coriander is the seed here as well. So the difference is just in the naming.
