This request sounded way too good not to try!! I even kicked it up a notch with Garlic Bread buns and tons of flavor layered in!

Speaking of which, because I’m all about experimenting, I tried something new here! Normally I used Italian breadcrumbs mixed in with my ground chicken when I make chicken burgers…. But my man @chef.joe.sasto sent me out some of his new @eattantos and I used the marinara flavored bag as a replacement… it was incredible!!

I also got to test out my brother @foodwithbearhands new Knife before it comes out… and trust me you are going to want one of these bad boys!! 🔥🔥🔥

Recipe ingredients:
* 1.5 lbs ground chicken
* 3/4 cup of ground marinara @eattantos or Italian breadcrumbs
* Salt and pepper
* Provolone cheese
* Brioche bun, toasted
* Garlic butter, I used @vonslicks garlic aioli
* Marinara sauce
* Parmesan cheese
* Fresh basil
* Sliced pepperoncini

1. Start by heating up your griddle over medium high heat. While that heats up? Mix together 1.5 lbs of ground chicken with the Ground Tantos or Italian Breadcrumbs and form into 3-4 oz balls.
2. Place each ball on the griddle and let it cook for 20-30 seconds before flipping over and smashing down. Chicken tends to stick, so this helps prevent that along with using parchment paper.
3. Season with a mix of salt and pepper, cook for 90-120 seconds, then flip and top with Provolone cheese and let that melt for 20-30 seconds.
4. Remove the burgers, lower the heat to medium and scrape the griddle clean. Then we can toast the buns using garlic butter, I used @vonslicks for this and it was amazing!
5. Build the burger starting with a toasted bun, some marinara, a little Parmesan cheese, two Pattie’s with cheese, more marinara and Parmesan, fresh basil, and sliced pepperocini. Then we can add the top bun, and enjoy!
