2. Cut the tofu into large squares and coat each piece in arrowroot starch.
3. Heat oil in a saucepan. Once hot, add the tofu and fry until golden brown.
4. Transfer the cooked tofu to a serving plate, drizzle with ponzu sauce (I like to use two different types), and sprinkle with Bonito flakes.

The white text is really hard to read. If you add a black stroke around it, it would make the text so much easier to read.
