Do it separately, those skewers look sad and make me feel sad.

Bake the potatoes, while doing that sauté the mushrooms with rosemary and garlic on medium heat.

When potatoes and mushrooms are done, cook the shrimp in the mushrooms pan. Higher heat and longer than you have there. Paprika is nice.

For a thrill add salt and pepper; you seem to have forgotten those in your anemic display.

Microwave the corn in a paper bag for 30 seconds, if you want it hotter go longer. Rub it with a lime wedge and sprinkle chili powder on it.

If you want it grilled, do each item on separate skewers as they all cook at different times!

My favorite seasoning for shrimp (it’s also good for salmon) is lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, and crushed red peppers.

Get some color on them things! (Both seasoning and more browning from cooking)

Skewer them separately, this will allow you to get a good hard sear on the mushroom without over cooking the shrimp.

always cook kebab ingredients on separate skewers–different ingredients need different amts. of time. you’ve undercooked your mushrooms & overcooked your shrimp

as for your choice of ingredients, I think grilled shrimp is FAR superior if marinated and then cooked in-shell. peel to eat. this also has the effect of protecting from overcooking.

personally I’ve never understood why people grill mushrooms. terrible technique for that ingredient. slice and pan-fry those puppies in butter or oil.

Add some bell peppers and some cherry tomatoes! Those skewers are almost there. Before you skewer it all, put your shrimp and veggies in a bowl with some some chili powder, cumin and garlic powder, salt and pepper and some olive oil. Grill or pop in a 400 degree oven for 15 mins and you should have some yummy, seasoned skewers

Personally I love this combo but I would instead do it in a pan, start by adding some caramelized onions, then mushrooms then the shrimp so they aren’t overcooked!

That looks underseasoned. You need to add some oregano, pepper, paprika, garlic, and toss everything in olive oil. Then skewer and grill it. Or air fry. Will come out nice and blackened.

Also, the shrimp looks raw. Don’t eat that.

i’d add some more veggies for color! bell peppers/res onions. some more seasoning (parsley, or cilantro olive oil mixture). sweet grilled corn is pretty yummy on its own though 🙂
