Personally I love it. I primarily use it on fried fish, which I eat a lot of due to catching (spearing) it ourselves.

Awesome sauce. The agave really works well in the sauce and much like sriracha can go on just about anything.

It’s really the only Yellow Bird sauce that missed the spot for me. It does not need the agave. It’s a gimmick and it leaves an odd taste behind. All of their other sauces are spectacular.

For a siracha it’s good but I don’t feel like I need to eat it again.

  4. I didn’t like the sweetness of it. I tossed it out after a few tries, luckily it was just one of those $1 bottles.

  5. It’s okay. It’s definitely not good enough to get me to buy it over Badia.

    Pretty kitty!

… wait, is there something else in the picture?!?

The organic version of that sauce is incredible.

Actually, all of Yellowbird’s organic line are incredible. As good as regular YB is, the organic line is better.

None of the Yellowbird sauces really caught me.

    This one is the worst.

Touch on the sweet side for my tastes for most applications, but I do enjoy it on pork or chicken since those meats don’t mind the sweetness.

Yellowbird seems to generally make good sauces feom what I hear. The only one I’ve really had tho was a limited run plum reaper I got from the NYC hot sauce expo last year. Finished that bottle so fast

I like yellowbird but this one is my least favorite. Their ghost sauce is amazing.

That cat looks nervous. Did you give him a nip of that sauce?

  13. PutridFarts35

My thoughts are I desire a clearer picture of the blurry cat in the background. Please 😁.

I love it. People here may sneeze at it because it’s not very spicy and it’s a different flavor, but it is unique and nice if you want a different take on Sriracha.

It boosted my freeze dried camp meal but if I’m to pack out a hot sauce again this wouldn’t be it. Would have picked one of their other sauces if I didn’t already have this knocking around.

From what understand this would be a good flavor to go with grilled cat. Good choice!

    I kid I kid, don’t crucify me!

I’ve only tried the habanero one. Not too spicy and pleasant at first, a bit on the sweet side but the garlic was more prevalent than anything and lingered way too long for me. And I overuse garlic on everything. Either way, you’ll finish that after like two burritos and a taco so, enjoy!

  18. Makaela123

The habanero and jalapeno are top tier, Sriracha is ehh.

  19. bendy_rabbit

I like it but I don’t use it at all sriracha. It’s way too sweet for that so I’ll just snack on it with tortilla chips

  20. TheBloodyPickups

Great sauce…but this looks like that photo of Andre the Giant holding a regular can of beer.

  21. Cherry_Hammer

I haven’t tried that one yet, but I really like the habanero. And I love that you can get them in little bottles. It’s my purse hot sauce. Will give this one a try next!

  22. c0y0t3_sly

I don’t get the Yellow Bird hype. All of it seems to have an odd and noticeable aftertaste to me.

  23. It’s okay if you don’t think of it as a Sriracha. I thought it was ok on a breakfast burrito

  24. getoutdoors66

While not spicy, the serrano flavor is amazing.

  25. uprightsalmon

I think they’re great for everyday use and specifically for people that don’t like stuff that’s too spicy
