3lbs of picanha, seared and roasted using Dutch oven. Homemade sauerkrauts and avocado from backyard did a nice trick.

    Nice touch with the homemade krauts and extra fat with the avocados! Beautiful temp color and sear as well.

    I wish I could find picanha at the big box stores where I’m at. I hate paying premium, overpriced cuts at the local butcher whom I would love to support, but I eat way too much beef every month and would go bankrupt with their high prices.
