Needed a quick meal for tonight! I made an arugula lemon salad with some sliced carrots and pine nuts. Then a one pan dish which is: chicken thighs, zucchini, Roma and cherry tomatoes with feta cheese sprinkled on top! Super easy, filling and quite affordable!

    Looks great, but man this really makes me think my portion judgment is outta control. I would usually make 2x that much chicken, and instead of a leafy salad, I’d have a plate of cruciferous veggies about 1.5x that size. And then rather than the tomatoes and feta, just 1/2 an avocado, which is reasonable.

    But I see a lot of pics here and always notice the portions are a decent amount smaller than mine.

    And it’s not like I’m 6′ 8″ either. I’m 5’10” 150 lbs. Maybe I need to revisit one of those macro trackers and see what my portions add up to. In the past they always seemed to land me at around 2000 cal for the day, which I think is reasonable, but I wonder if I’ve been eyeballing it too much on what my servings were. Eg maybe that “2 cups” of veggies is more like 4.
