I have had all of these summer snack foods at one time or another
many times and still eat some of them occasionally especially here
in Oklahoma and they are all really magically delicious and as always

Homemade Banana pudding with meringue and Strawberry Shortcake made with fresh picked strawberries are still favorites of mine. Mom made them almost weekly for us plus homemade angle food cake with fresh whipped cream.
Oh ya! Lemon meringue pie and grasshopper pie are great, but I get ecstatic over any pie – probably the only sweet I like.

Love banana pudding with the wafers… Lemon merengue pie is the best! Just made an orange chiffon cake for my last birthday. Love a good chocolate pudding.. Lakeland Farms used to have the the best dark chocolate pudding. Sadly, since Covid, I haven’t been able to find it anywhere anymore.
