Had the omakase at the fairly newish ITO restaurant inside the Poodle Room Fontainebleu. This is probably new fave Japanese restaurant in Vegas, much better than the pricier Kame, and the lower priced Kabuto and Yui.

Amazing, did you get a stay and what was served to you? I’d love to know what the prices were. Do you have any other favourite sushi or sashimi spots in Vegas? We absolutely adore Mizumi.

I agree with you regarding Kame. I think Kame is better, objectively, but Ito feels like a better meal experience. Ito is just special, the entrance, the rooms, the service all top notch. The fact that it’s about 30% cheaper than Kame also adds to the value.
