PASTA WITH CAPIA PEPPER
Let’s clean the seeds of 6 capia peppers.
Let’s put the peppers in boiling water
And let’s cook it until it softens
Let’s peel the shells
Let’s cut it into small pieces with a blender
•1 cup of capsicum puree is ready
•5 cups of flour
• Let’s make a well in the middle of the flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of capsicum puree
• 1 cup size is 200 ml.
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• let’s knead the dough
• let’s continue kneading the dough on the table
• Let’s get a hard dough.
• cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
• After 10 minutes
• let’s sprinkle flour on the table
• let’s put the dough on the table
• let’s divide the dough into 8 equal parts
• Let’s make 8 dough balls
• let’s cover them
• and let it rest for 10 minutes
• After 10 minutes
• Let’s roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
• Place the phyllo dough in a preheated pan.
• cook both sides at medium heat.
• Let’s cook for 20 seconds each
• and let’s put it aside
• Let’s apply the same process to other phyllo dough.
• and let’s put it aside

• Let’s put 2 sheets of dough on top of each other.
• and let’s cut it like in the video
• placing the cut pasta dough in a large bowl
• let’s make it ventilated
• Let’s let the pasta dough dry.
• Let’s melt 50 grams of butter.
• Let’s add 2 cups of home made noodles
• Let’s cook in butter for 1-2 minutes.
• Let’s add 2 cups of hot water to it.
• Let’s add 1/2 (half) teaspoon of salt.
• Let’s cook until the water evaporates.
• After cooking, close the lid and let it rest for 5 minutes.
• You can serve it by putting grated cheddar cheese on it.
