Any thoughts what’s in this salsa? I believe it’s habanero. I was incredibly smokey and creamy?

I don’t think that’s salsa. Looks like a Mayo/sour cream/crema based sauce, maybe with Chipotle sauce mixed in which is smoky.

  2. A common habanero sauce is roasted habaneros blended with either cream or oil and salt.

The upscale“chain” Miguel’s Cocina in San Diego does theirs with cream and it’s amazing. http://miguels-cocina.com

The Mexican grocer and carniceria, Primo Market does it with olive oil (if I remember right) and it’s also divine.

Looks like Arbol chilis, guajilo chili, tomato, onion, garlic, vegetable oil, salt/pepper. Google legendary orange sauce. Looks similar.
