Venison cheeseburger with gochujang mayo and bacon

    Now that’s a burger I never had so far (nor seen on any menu iirc). It looks great!

    I’m pretty sure venison adds a lot of taste when compared with say, beef.

    My only concern would be that it might turn out too dry. Did you make it yourself? If so, did you perhaps add additional fat? I reckon that’s bacon in there, right?
