    These are little Farfalle (about 2 1/2 cm – 3cm). This was my first attempt at making these little beauties and it was a lot of fun. I still used the technique of using a ferretto to make the shape too. Traditionally these get cooked in broth but, we were feeling a lemon sauce kinda day.
