Mediterranean BBQ Chicken is a delicious dish that is perfect for summer barbecues or any time of the year.
To make this recipe, you’ll need:

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sal
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp onion powder

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
Remove chicken from the marinade and discard remaining marinade.
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
