You are living my dream. I would kill for a commercial grade griddle.

Why in God’s name are you using a paint scraper to flip your burgers???

I’m buying a BBQ soon and buying a cast iron griddle. I heard the only way to get that crust is very very high heat, so I’m excited to get it crispy! I’ve making smash burgers in the air fryer (pre smashing), pretty sad so far… but actually pretty delicious still!

Blackstone will get you there for $129 from Costco… hopefully you can return that one…

Hey yall! Am I weird or what just hear me out… I started mixing sausage in with the beef and I get a crust every time

  11. My man’s using the grill scrapper as the spatula lol

I got a similar overkill scraper too thinking the smash burgers would stick but a sharp spatula or griddle scraper works fine. I like the Hell’s Handle one with a straight scraper, looks like a smaller paint scraper but it’s food safe.

I can’t believe so many people following burgers content don’t understand why the paint scraper is being used.

I grind bacon in with my beef to get some fat in there

direct flame cooks burgers better and gives you a nice crust. My Grill has a cast iron drip plate that flames up when juices drop on it giving any meats the best flame cooked taste you can imagine. It is the Camco Olympian portable grill. Ultra efficient as well, The propane just heats that plate until its red hot and the plate is what actually cooks the meat.

My cast iron pan does a good job 🤷‍♂️

  17. I finally found a griddle I like. Spent way too much $ on searching for other griddles that just weren’t fitting right on my gas grill, were shoddily made, or weren’t gig enough. If this one didn’t work out I was just going to go buy a blackstone…
