🍫✨ Indulge in homemade chocolate mousse! 🥄

Makes 6 x 165ml glass jars

Ingredients:
310g Fresh cream (35% fat)
60g Water
60g Caster sugar
60g Liquid glucose/corn syrup
150g Callebaut Dark couverture 54% 811
150g Callebaut Milk 823

Method:
1️⃣ Semi-whip the fresh cream & chill until required.
2️⃣ Boil water, caster sugar, & liquid glucose in a saucepan.
3️⃣ Pour the boiled liquid over the Callebaut callets, whisk until melted.
4️⃣ Fold semi-whipped cream into melted chocolate mixture with a spatula.
5️⃣ Pipe into glass jars & chill for at least 1 hour, up to 3 days.
6️⃣ Finish with softly whipped cream & a dusting of cocoa powder.

Pure chocolate heaven in every bite! 😍
